Equipment

Ingredients
  

Mango Lassi

  • 1 whole Mango flesh chopped
  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup Milk Any type.
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbl Jaggery

Granola

  • 1 cup Granola of your choice

Topping

  • 3 strands Saffron
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Fruit in bite size pieces.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl add the granola.

For the Lassi

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend for 1 -2 minutes depending on how whipped you would like the consistency to be. Please note, the more you blend the lassi the fluffier the consistency of it.

Smoothie Bowl

  • Pour the lassi on top of the granola, stopping when you reach about 5mm below the top of the bowl.
  • When you’re ready to serve, top with the saffron, pistachios and / or some freshly cut fruit as desired.
